1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The product was damaged during transit.
    • You received a defective product.
    • You received the wrong item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery and crystals.
  • Used, worn, or altered items.
  • Products without original packaging, invoice, or certification (if applicable).

3. Return/Exchange Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@saatvikgems.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason.
  • Our team will verify your request and arrange for pickup (if eligible) or guide you on how to return the product.
  • Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same or higher value product (price difference must be paid by the customer).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Exchanged products will be delivered within 7-Days

5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds (only for eligible cases like damaged/wrong item) will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
