1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery and crystals.
- Used, worn, or altered items.
- Products without original packaging, invoice, or certification (if applicable).
3. Return/Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@saatvikgems.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason.
- Our team will verify your request and arrange for pickup (if eligible) or guide you on how to return the product.
- Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same or higher value product (price difference must be paid by the customer).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Exchanged products will be delivered within 7-Days
5. Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds (only for eligible cases like damaged/wrong item) will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
